Refund policy

Exchanges only

All sales are final. We don't offer refunds, but we're happy to exchange your item for a different size within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

To start an exchange, email us at hello@fckwildfires.com with your order number and the size you need. You cover return shipping, and we ship your new size free.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement, or a refund if the item is no longer available.
